Building a Community for Veterans

We are in the process of creating a veteran-focused program that provides opportunities for social connection, therapeutic support, and wellness activities designed by veterans, for veterans.

Launching January 2025:

  • Veteran Social Group: A space to connect, share, and find support.

  • Therapy Services: Trauma-informed, compassionate care to meet the unique needs of veterans.

  • Tai Chi & Yoga Classes: Led by Michael Finney, certified in yoga and tai chi, promoting physical and mental well-being.

  • Veteran-Led Groups: Overseen by Samantha Chapa, APSW, SAC-IT, bringing lived experience and professional expertise.

    Michael focuses on holistic well-being, using movement, mindfulness, and physical wellness to help veterans achieve balance and resilience.
