Her passion for fostering welcoming and predictable environments makes her an invaluable asset to the team.

    Outside of work, Alia loves to sing, read, and spend time with friends. She’s also a fan of scenic drives and has a soft spot for ice cream and McDonald’s. A lover of all things music, Alia listens to a wide range of genres and enjoys immersing herself in the works of authors like Jodi Picoult and Stephen King.

    Alia shares her home with her playful cat, Dipper, who has a knack for acting more like a dog. Known for stealing bagels and inventing quirky games like tag, Dipper keeps Alia on her toes.

  • Allie Stefancin, affectionately called "Midge" during her high school years, is a dedicated team member at The Production Farm, bringing her passion for mental health and personal connections to her role. Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) at Grand Canyon University, Allie dreams of earning her PhD and contributing to groundbreaking mental health research that transforms lives.

    Allie’s greatest achievements are her children, who inspire her daily. She is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys outdoor adventures, brain-challenging puzzles, and cooking—especially Asian cuisine. A self-proclaimed foodie, she has a particular love for all things sweet and sour.

    Music is a constant in Allie’s life, with her playlist featuring country, K-LOVE, and Christmas tunes. A lifelong Harry Potter fan, she cherishes the magical escapism offered by the books and movies.

    An avid lover of the outdoors, Amanda enjoys long-distance running, ATVing, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing. Her connection to nature and her adventurous spirit fuel her energy and positivity. Amanda values family above all else and finds joy in spending quality time both at home and in the great outdoors.

    Amanda shares her home with three dogs and a cat, but her “wild” backyard visitors—a family of squirrels and turkeys—have also earned a place in her heart. She loves creating wholesome, homemade meals and snacks, with fruits and vegetables being her favorites.

Currently pursuing dual Bachelor’s degrees in General Business and General Psychology, Courtney brings a blend of creativity and analytical thinking to her role, helping foster meaningful connections with young participants and county partners.

    An adventurer at heart, Courtney enjoys traveling, kayaking, and exploring museums. Her hobbies include crafting, antique and thrift shopping, watching movies, and spending quality time with friends and family. With a deep appreciation for honesty, generosity, humility, and kindness, Courtney strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment in every aspect of her work.

    Music is a big part of Courtney’s life, with pop artists like Harry Styles and For King and Country topping her playlist. She also finds inspiration in the works of her favorite author, C.S. Lewis, and holds A River Runs Through It as her favorite book.

  • Elizabeth Wagner, known as Lizzie to her friends and colleagues, is an accomplished member of The Production Farm team. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and as a current Master’s student in Clinical Counseling, Lizzie is dedicated to learning and growth, both personally and professionally. She graduated summa cum laude in her undergraduate studies and is a proud member of Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s oldest and most prestigious academic honor society.

    Lizzie’s greatest joy comes from the relationships in her life, especially spending quality time with her family. Her hobbies include cooking and baking, interior decorating, caring for her plants, exercising, shopping, and enjoying music and television.

    A fan of a wide variety of music, Lizzie particularly enjoys listening to Taylor Swift and Noah Kahan, tailoring her playlists to her mood. In literature, her favorite book is Atomic Habits by James Clear, which reflects her commitment to self-improvement and resilience.

    Although she doesn’t have pets currently, Lizzie grew up with dogs and once had a pet hamster in college. If she could have a superpower, she would choose time travel, allowing her to explore other historical eras and revisit cherished moments from her own life.

  • Jessica Royer is a passionate and creative member of The Production Farm team, dedicated to making a positive impact in every role she takes on. With college courses and a wealth of hands-on experience, Jessica’s commitment to contributing meaningfully is evident in her work and relationships.

    Jessica enjoys a wide variety of hobbies, including guiding her son through life, crocheting, baking, painting, DIY projects, and caricature drawing. She’s always up for trying new things, whether it’s crafting or outdoor adventures like four-wheeling. Known for her great sense of humor and patience, Jessica is also celebrated for her delicious guacamole and taco dip!

    Her taste in music spans genres, with favorites like Allen Stone, Lizzo, Dave Matthews, Bob Seger, and Missy Elliot. While country isn’t her usual go-to, she appreciates it on occasion. In movies, Jessica loves superhero stories, romantic comedies, and family-friendly films.

    At home, Jessica shares her life with six African Cichlid fish and Persious, her energetic 8-year-old Boxer. Persious has an adorable habit of wiggling his whole body in excitement, making everyone smile.

  • Joan Harter, fondly known as JoJo, brings creativity and enthusiasm to her role at The Production Farm. With an Associate’s degree in Human Services and a rich history of experience, including work with Productive Living Systems in Appleton, Catholic Charities in Milwaukee, and the Sheboygan Area School District, JoJo is passionate about making a positive impact in her community.

    An adventurer at heart, JoJo loves trying new things and encouraging others to step out of their comfort zones. Her hobbies include photography, nature walks, crocheting, quilting, ice skating, kayaking, swimming, painting, and cooking. A creative spirit, she also enjoys experimenting with tie-dying and crafting unique recipes, especially savory and sweet crepes.

    JoJo’s taste in music spans genres, though the 90s hold a special place in her heart. She’s an avid reader, drawn to Harry Potter, fantasy, historical fiction, and compelling nonfiction, particularly with a historical focus.

    Having lived in Alberta, Canada, for two years and Laredo, Texas, for a year, JoJo cherishes her travel experiences and the perspectives they’ve given her. If she could have a superpower, she’d choose the ability to fly, embracing the freedom and fun of soaring through the skies.

    JoJo’s favorite way to unwind is capturing the beauty of seagulls and boats on Lake Michigan through her photography. She’s also proud of her ice-skating talent, rooted in her time playing ice hockey growing up.

  • Jordan Zembrowski is a dedicated mental health professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UW-Milwaukee. With over 8 ½ years of experience in the field, Jordan began his career in residential treatment and has since transitioned into case management, where he excels in fostering meaningful connections with others. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Jordan moved to Wisconsin at the age of 14 and has made a significant impact in his community ever since.

    An avid gamer, Jordan enjoys playing video games and trading card games, with Yu-Gi-Oh! holding a special place in his heart. His passion for the game has taken him across the country—and even internationally—to compete in large-scale tournaments, which he fondly refers to as “Duelist Kingdom Trips.” These trips, often spontaneous and adventure-filled, are a testament to Jordan’s laid-back and fun-loving nature.

    Jordan’s home is shared with three cats: Finn, Rocket, and Kenny. Always full of surprises, his cats keep him on his toes—like the time one of them decided to explore the toilet during a remote work call. Despite the chaos, Jordan handles life with humor and ease.

  • Joshua Greenslade, known as Josh, brings a calm and grounded presence to The Production Farm team. As a Psychology major, Josh values honesty and straightforwardness in his work and relationships, fostering trust and open communication with those around him.

    A lover of the outdoors, Josh enjoys fishing, spending time in nature, and frequent trips to the lake. When at home, he often turns to cooking and woodworking as creative outlets, and he occasionally picks up his guitar or ukulele to explore his musical side.

    Josh’s favorite music genre is country, with Zach Bryan as his go-to artist, but he’s open to exploring other genres as well. Although he doesn’t read often, Josh finds inspiration in the affirmation: “I am complete as I am; others simply support me,” which reflects his steady and self-assured outlook on life.

    Kate is deeply connected to the things she values most: being a loving mom and aunt, spending quality time with loved ones, and embracing humor, courage, serenity, and adventure.   • Mary Calkins brings warmth, compassion, and a wealth of experience to her role at The Production Farm. With a Master of Science degree in Counselor Education from UW-Platteville and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UW-Stevens Point, Mary has dedicated her career to helping others. Her professional journey includes serving as a behavior therapist with the Wisconsin Early Autism Project and a 23-year tenure as a school counselor in public and private schools across Wisconsin. She’s also trained in Mindfulness for Educators, which complements her calm and nurturing presence.

    Mary is a lover of the outdoors and enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking, gardening, and camping. Her creativity shines through her love for art, music, cooking, photography, and calligraphy. At home, she enjoys playing board games, practicing mindfulness and yoga, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Her hobbies reflect her adventurous and artistic spirit—she enjoys hiking, rollerblading, painting, creating glasswork, cooking, and taking walks.   • Stacey Fletcher is a compassionate and experienced professional with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Lakeland University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from UW-Green Bay. With over 20 years of experience working with teens and adults in residential care, Stacey has dedicated her career to supporting others through challenging circumstances. Her roles have included positions at Sheboygan County Shelter Care, Birchwood Treatment Foster Home, Friendship House, Milwaukee Academy, and Turning Point. She’s also contributed as a mentor through Horizon for Girls and has completed extensive training on trauma and its effects on youth.

    Stacey’s love for gardening shines through her work, as she has created gardens and led gardening projects at Birchwood, Friendship House, and Milwaukee Academy. Sharing this passion with the children she works with allows her to cultivate not only plants but also a sense of connection and growth. At home, Stacey enjoys the company of her two beloved dogs, Bailey and Oliver, and her flock of eight entertaining chickens that provide her with fresh eggs and plenty of laughs.

  • Travis Peterson is a versatile and dedicated member of The Production Farm team. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Writing, Travis combines creativity with a strong understanding of human behavior to make a meaningful impact in his work. An Army veteran, Travis also brings discipline and resilience, complemented by his experience in IT and student resources.

    Travis’s hobbies reflect his dynamic personality—he enjoys cooking and baking, staying active through walking, yoga, hiking, and running, and immersing himself in tabletop roleplaying games like Dungeons & Dragons and World of Darkness. As a fan of video games, he gravitates toward RPGs, grand strategy, and horror survival genres.

  • Vanessa Sager is a dedicated and energetic Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist at The Production Farm, as well as a therapist deeply passionate about helping teens and young adults navigate identity, coping, and trauma. With an extensive background, Vanessa started her career working with children on the autism spectrum and continues to bring her enthusiasm and expertise to this population. She has experience working in outpatient clinics, community settings, and schools, providing support to both children and adults.

    Vanessa is currently pursuing her Psy.D. while also conducting group therapy and psychodiagnostic assessments as part of her educational program. She earned her M.S. in Clinical Psychology from the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology in 2023 and her undergraduate degree in Psychology from UW-Green Bay in 2021.

    When Vanessa isn’t working or studying, she loves exploring new adventures in the community, trying unique foods, swimming at the lake, and attending concerts. An artist at heart, she has sold paintings in the past but now enjoys art purely as a creative hobby. Known for her love of all things creepy and unusual, Vanessa gravitates toward psychological thrillers and oddities.

    Her music playlist is filled with metalcore and nu-metal—the kind that might “scare your church-going grandparents”—and her favorite book and movie reflect her love for psychological depth: Girl, Interrupted by Susanna Kaysen and Silence of the Lambs.
